What is "commerical use" and when do I need an extended license?
Commercial use includes any job for which you expect to be paid or for which you expect to re/sell physical merchandise.
Each digital asset pack (my patterns and clipart) comes with a limited commercial use allowance as well as unlimited personal use.
For commercial use of my patterns and clipart beyond 500 end products/sales and 200 digital uses (e.g. website designs, social media banners, etc), purchase an Extended Commercial License from my Etsy shop to match the scale of your project (there are currently two levels available).
Can I redistribute or resell your digital designs?
No, please do not redistribute or resell my designs without significant modification. Rather, incorporate my designs into your own compositions and sell those. Happy creating!
Are your non-digital, one-of-a-kind artworks also included in your commercial and personal use policy?
No. The non-digital artwork sold within my Etsy shop is not subject to the same use policies as my digital assets (e.g. patterns and clipart). No reproduction of my original physical paintings is permitted at this time. Any assets sold in my shop that are subject to personal and commercial use will be clearly indicated in the listing.
